Ive got high Resiliency. Im a lover of nature and all things GREEN( my fave color) and That I never give up until I get what I want. I will do whatever is needed to succeed. The more others doubt me, the more fuel inside for me to reach the top! In activities, in school, in work- alpha female. Everything I do is done in love and greatness- I pride myself in the work that I do. Also, Im a pool shark ! 

He should have goals for the next year, five years and monthly step stones to meet to make those goals. If you aint working on yourself - I dont want to work with you! He should be responsible, intelligent, extremely sarcastic/funny, empathetic and know how to cook :)
