I had a very rough year the past couple years, i had a terrible knee injury which i was able to over come, i gained 60 pounds and then lost them all the healthy way. My family moved away from me leaving me with no support system to get through all of this. Once i was able to conquer that i decided to quit drinking, i proved to myself that I really can do anything I want and I want that to be an example to other women! We are strong, we can do this! 

It is very important, it will show me that i can do what i want when i put my mind to it.
